Anne Ferrell Quillen is a prominent figure in the Tennessee Democratic Party, serving as Chairperson for both its Rural Caucus and the Cumberland County Democratic Party. She is also a member of the party's Executive Committee and the DNC Rural Council Steering Committee. An attorney, Quillen previously worked at the Tennessee Valley Authority and directed the HPRP Program for the Tennessee Valley Coalition to End Homelessness. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville (J.D.), University of South Carolina-Columbia (MPA), and Appalachian State University (B.A.). Having retired from government and non-profit work, she remains active in public service and is campaigning for State Executive Committeewoman.
