Anthony Bennett was raised in Roseboro and graduated from Charles E. Perry High School in 1968. He has worked in Inside Sales for Steel Technologies in Clinton, NC, for over 23 years. He was appointed to the town board in 2006 and was first elected in 2008. He is married to Rev. Carolyn Bennett, and they have four children and three grandchildren.
