Arthur Edmunds is a Democratic candidate for the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee, representing Legislative District 14 in Maryland. An experienced party leader, Edmunds has previously served as the Acting Chair and Vice Chair of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee. Beyond his local party involvement, he was selected as the Vice Chair of the 2021 Montgomery County Commission on Redistricting and chaired the Upcounty Citizens Advisory Board. Professionally, Edmunds worked in the Global Business Services group at IBM Corporation, advising federal agencies. He earned a B.S. from Benedict College and an MBA from Atlanta University.
