Ashley R. Bartley

Ashley R. Bartley is a lifelong Vermonter and Republican who has lived in Fairfax since 2020. She graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School in 2012 and earned a B.S. in political science and economics from the University of Vermont in 2017. She has a professional background in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership — previously serving as Director of Human Resources & Operations for a property management firm and later as a Senior Human Resource Generalist for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington. First elected to the Vermont House of Representatives in 2023 (Franklin-1 District), she has served as Vice-Chair of the House Committee on General & Housing. She lives in Fairfax with her husband Jeff and their two children.
