Barbara J. Warner

Barbara J. Warner is a Republican candidate for Calvert County Commissioner At-Large in Maryland. A lifelong resident of the county, she gave nearly thirty-three years to public service in the local government before retiring in 2025. As a grant writer for the Calvert County Department of Public Safety, Warner developed deep expertise in county operations, budgeting, procurement, and policy compliance. In early 2026, she became a published author, releasing her debut faith-based book, "Real Life Experiences and Interesting Situations". She now seeks to bring her extensive institutional knowledge to the Board of County Commissioners.
