Barry S. Beauchamp is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 38B. He assumed office on September 10, 2024, following an appointment by the Governor. A lifelong resident of Wicomico County, Beauchamp is a graduate of James M. Bennett Senior High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management from Salisbury University. His professional background includes operating his own construction business since 1985 and working as a licensed realtor. Alongside his career, he has served for over 25 years as a volunteer firefighter. Prior to his legislative appointment, he was elected to the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee in 2022 and served as its chair in 2024.
