Ben Rupert

Ben Rupert is a dedicated public servant and environmental leader running for the Democratic Central Committee in Maryland's Legislative District 22. With over 15 years of experience in clean energy, he serves as the Director of Procurement and Technical Assistance at the Maryland Clean Energy Center. Rupert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and is a Certified Energy Manager. He previously contributed his expertise to the environment and sustainability transition committee for Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott. In his career, Rupert has developed climate policy and advised on building codes for the States of Washington and California.
