Benjamin Engler has been the chief financial officer for Mid-State Milling in State Center for the last four years. Prior to his current role, he spent 16 years in banking and several years in production agriculture after college. He and his wife, Candi, live on a farm near White Oak with their three children who are students in the North Polk district. Engler has been active in the local chamber of commerce, 4H and FFA programs, and state purebred swine associations.
