Bill Huizenga is a Republican member of the U.S. House, representing Michigan's 4th Congressional District. Born in Zeeland, Michigan, he earned a B.A. in Political Science from Calvin College. He was first elected to Congress in 2010. Prior to his congressional service, Huizenga was a co-owner of Huizenga Gravel Inc. and served in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2003 to 2008. He currently serves on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
