Bill Partington is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 28. He assumed office in November 2024. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Partington served as the Mayor of Ormond Beach from 2016 to 2024, and as an Ormond Beach City Commissioner from 2004 to 2016. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in 1991 and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans in 1995. He also works as an attorney.
