Billy W. Bridges is a Democratic candidate for County Executive of Prince George's County. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he worked for the Prince George's County school system for 24 years. Bridges holds an undergraduate degree in political science and graduate degrees in public administration, fire and emergency management, and pastoral counseling. He previously ran for the same office in the 2022 Democratic primary, campaigning on a platform to address the county's economic divide, public safety, and education system. Originally from Mississippi, he has been a resident of Prince George's County since 1994.
