Bilton D. Morgan

Bilton D. Morgan, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, ran as a Republican for Cecil County Sheriff in 2022. His extensive law enforcement career began at the Cecil County Detention Center, and he later rose to the rank of sergeant in the patrol division before retiring in 2006. After a brief time in the private sector, he returned to service in 2007 as a patrol corporal with the Northeast Police Department, where he continued to serve the citizens of Cecil County. Morgan has been a dedicated member of the Cecil County community, where he settled with his family after his honorable discharge from the Marines in 1988.
