Blanca E. Tapahuasco

Blanca E. Tapahuasco is a proud Latina conservative running for the Republican Central Committee in Baltimore City's Councilmanic District 1. Originally from El Salvador, she was adopted and raised in Maryland before attending the Maryland Institute College of Art. For over two decades, she has lived in Baltimore and worked as a teacher and tutor. Guided by her faith, she has also served internationally as a medical translator in Mexico. A devoted wife and mother of three sons, Blanca is focused on expanding the local Republican Party by championing safe communities, opportunity, and economic growth.
