Brenda Penny is a judge for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California. She was appointed to the position by Governor Jerry Brown in 2018. Her earlier career included being a sole practitioner and working for the law firm Gronemeier and Barker, where she became a partner. Judge Penny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
