Briana Urbina is a Democratic candidate running for the Democratic Central Committee in Maryland's Legislative District 22. She is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Washington, D.C., with a strong professional background in education, policy, and law. Urbina serves on the New Carrollton City Council, where she was the first Latina elected to city government and has held the role of Council Chair. An active local leader, she previously earned a gubernatorial citation for organizing COVID-19 testing drives across Prince George's County. She also serves with the Latino Democrats and lives in New Carrollton with her wife and two sons.
