Bridget Brink is a former career diplomat and Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Michigan's 7th Congressional District. Throughout her nearly 30-year career in the U.S. Foreign Service, she served as the U.S. Ambassador to Slovakia from 2019 to 2022, and as the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine from 2022 to 2025. She resigned from her post in 2025 and returned to her home state of Michigan to run for Congress. Brink holds degrees from Kenyon College and the London School of Economics.
