Bridget Neal is a change strategist and parental rights advocate with administrative experience working with complex institutions such as the Smithsonian Institution, NASA, and the U.S. Space Force. She led an eight-month research initiative for the Louisiana Lieutenant Governor's Office focused on the French Quarter, which gave her insight into city departments like sanitation, public safety, and public works. Her findings contributed to the French Quarter Revitalization Plan. Neal is also the founder of the Institute for Child Custody Advocacy.
