Bryan DiGregory, a Democrat, serves as the State's Attorney for Kent County, Maryland. He was first elected on November 6, 2018, and was sworn into office on January 7, 2019. DiGregory is a 1999 graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School. His legal career began as a criminal trial lawyer in Philadelphia. Before his election, he served as a Public Defender in Queen Anne's County and later as the Deputy State's Attorney for Kent County, beginning in October 2017. He and his wife have two daughters and live in Kent County. DiGregory ran for re-election in 2022.
