Carol McMahon has been a resident of Lynnwood for over 33 years. She earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington and an MSc in Project Management from City University of Seattle. Her experience includes serving on Lynnwood's Comprehensive Plan advisory board, the Snohomish County Climate Action Advisory Committee, and as a board director for the League of Women Voters. She has a professional background in Business Operations and held a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for 17 years.
