Caroline Shinkle

Corporate attorney and first-time candidate for Congress. Graduated from MIT in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in economics, with stints at the European Central Bank (Frankfurt) and the Bank of Israel (Jerusalem) before beginning her career at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.; also spent time at the Bank for International Settlements (Basel) during law school and a semester at Sciences Po in Paris taking all her classes in French. Earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2020 and has since practiced mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial regulatory law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. Lives in Midtown Manhattan; admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, New York, Washington, D.C., Ohio, and Massachusetts; long-time SAG-AFTRA member. Was 33 years old as of February 2026.
