Previously, Lasher served as Director of Policy for New York Governor Kathy Hochul, Chief of Staff to the New York State Attorney General, and Director of State Legislative Affairs for New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. He earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from NYU.
