CeCe Ibson

CeCe Ibson has been a practicing attorney for over 36 years and is the owner of the Ibson Law Firm. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University (1985), a Juris Doctor from George Washington University (1988), and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Iowa State University (2023). Her professional experience includes positions as a Shareholder at Smith, Schneider, Stiles & Serangeli, P.C., a Partner at Wandro, Lyons, Wagner & Baer, P.C., an Assistant Attorney General/Regents Counsel, and a Partner at the Brown, Winick Law Firm. Ibson has a long history of community involvement, having served as president of the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association Board and on various city boards, including the City of Des Moines Task Force on Homelessness and the Housing Services Board.
