Cecilia "Ce-Ce" Gerlach is a Democratic candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, District 22. She has served on the Allentown City Council since 2020, following her election in 2019. Before her time on the city council, Gerlach served as a member of the Allentown School Board for eight years. She earned her bachelor's degree from Cedar Crest College and has professional experience working as an educator, caseworker, and community organizer in the Lehigh Valley.
