Celeste Cairns

Celeste Cairns was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and currently resides in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. Her professional background includes working as a CPA for Deloitte and in the audit and consulting departments at Willis Corroon Corporation and HCA Healthcare Corporation. She assumed office as the representative for District 13 on January 1, 2023. She has served on several committees, including Appropriations, Banking, and as Vice Chair of the Marine Resources and Aqua Culture Committee.
