Channing Von-T Taylor

Channing Von-T Taylor is a Democratic candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives District 127 in the 2026 primary election. An 18-year retired U.S. Army Captain who deployed to Iraq, he earned a bachelor's degree from Columbus State University. Taylor is also known professionally as the musician Von-T. He is focusing his campaign on affordability, child protection, and economic growth, and has pledged support for congressional term limits. He is running to seek justice and enact real change, motivated by a personal experience he describes as racist and discriminatory.
