Charles Webber

Charles Webber was educated through the Cleveland County School System, UNC-Charlotte, and Gardner-Webb University. He has been employed in local and state government for over 30 years, starting his career with the North Carolina Employment Security Commission and serving as a Human Resources Director for four municipalities, including the City of Shelby. He most recently served as a Social Studies teacher with Cleveland County Schools and is a veteran of the US Army Reserves. He is also the pastor at Mount Olive Baptist Church. He and his wife, Audrey, have three children and two grandchildren.
