Charlitta Hatch is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for the City of Charlotte and a technology executive. A graduate of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, she has a background in business transformation from her work at companies like IBM and Accenture. Hatch is a three-time children's book author and serves on the board of the CMS Foundation. She holds a bachelor's degree from Hampton University, a master's from UNC Charlotte, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Education at UNC Charlotte.
