Chris Adams

Christopher T. Adams is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 37B, which includes portions of Caroline, Dorchester, Talbot, and Wicomico Counties. First elected in 2014, he assumed office on January 14, 2015, with his current term ending in January 2027. Within the legislature, Delegate Adams serves on the House Economic Matters Committee and has previously held leadership positions, including Deputy Minority Whip and Minority Whip. Born in Salisbury, Maryland, on June 19, 1972, he earned a bachelor's degree in business management and a Master of Business Administration from Salisbury State University. Prior to his political career, he worked in sales and has served as the president of Value Carpet One since 2001.
