Chris Burnett

Chris Burnett is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Maryland's 6th Congressional District. A 22-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he served as a decorated officer and legal scholar. Throughout his military career, Burnett was deployed five times to the Middle East, including to combat zones in Iraq, where he advised senior commanders on legal and national security matters. His service included assignments at the Pentagon, U.S. Southern Command, and Marine Forces Cyberspace Command. His campaign platform emphasizes support for families, small business owners, law enforcement, and veterans, along with strengthening the military and securing the border. He resides in Gaithersburg with his wife, Kadiatou, and their four children.
