He holds a B.S. in Computer Operations Technology and an M.S. in IT Project Management, and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science. Fowler is running for Oklahoma House District 91 as a community advocate. He is deeply invested in strengthening public education, ensuring affordable healthcare access, and promoting fiscal accountability, believing government should work for working families. He aims to bring principled leadership to the state legislature.
