Robert Manger is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma's 101st District, serving parts of Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Choctaw, and Nicoma Park. First elected in 2018, he is a veteran legislator serving his fourth term. Manger chairs the Judiciary & Public Safety Oversight Committee and is a member of the Appropriations and Budget, Veterans and Military Affairs, and Criminal Judiciary Committees, also serving on the Floor Leader team. A strong advocate for public safety, he authored legislation in 2024 making fentanyl combination a felony, and in 2023, legislation making the first offense of domestic abuse against a pregnant woman a felony. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology and was born in Oklahoma City.
