Chris Stowe is a Minnesota native and business owner who founded Pure Mechanical Corporation. He is a licensed plumber, having worked for Local 34 in St. Paul and Local 15 in Minneapolis. He purchased the historic Rehbein's Arena site in Lino Lakes, where he founded a private riding club. His motivation to run for office stems from a dispute with the city over his property.
