His career includes roles as a deputy, K-9 handler, and narcotics enforcement officer. Raised in Elkton, he is a graduate of Elkton High School and Cecil College. His campaign platform centers on rebuilding trust through community policing, enhancing school safety, and addressing internal cultural issues within the Sheriff's Office. He is running on a platform of transparency, community engagement, and law enforcement reform.
