Christian Mash

Christian W. Mash serves as the Republican State's Attorney for Garrett County, Maryland, a four-year term he began on January 3, 2023. His professional background includes extensive prosecutorial experience, with eight years as an Assistant State's Attorney in Garrett County and a previous tenure in the same role in Frederick County. Mash's legal career began with a judicial clerkship for the Hon. James L. Sherbin of the Circuit Court for Garrett County. He is a cum laude graduate of Delaware Law School and an alumnus of the University of Maryland. Active in his community, Mash serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Ruth Enlow Libraries and is a board member for the Garrett College Foundation.
