Christopher Baum is the Approval Voting Party's 2026 U.S. Senate candidate from Colorado. A 20-year U.S. Navy veteran (Supply Corps, submarine service; retired as Commander), he was born in Washington, D.C. and later moved to Colorado. He earned a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a master's degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. His career has included 10 years as a small-business (interior decorating) owner and 10 years as a computer/network administrator, including for the New Mexico Bar Association. He previously ran for Colorado's 8th Congressional District (2024) and the Colorado House (2022).
