Christopher Heather is a graduate of Colerain High School and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctorate in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University. He previously served three terms on the Northwest Board of Education after first being elected in 2001. He is the owner and medical director of The River City Mood Disorder Clinic and served for 8 years in the United States Air Force Reserve. Heather is a strong advocate for career technical education.
