Christopher O. J. Alberts

Christopher O. J. Alberts is running as a Non-Partisan candidate for the Commissioner District 3 seat on the Charles County Board of Education in Maryland. A resident of Waldorf, Alberts brings over two decades of experience in public education. He currently serves as the director of performing arts and a music educator at School Without Walls High School in Washington, D.C.. His exceptional work earned him the title of 2026 D.C. Teacher of the Year. Alberts holds a bachelor's degree in music education from Howard University and a Master of Arts in Teaching. His platform advocates for inclusivity and cultural awareness.
