Cresta Kowalski

Cresta Kowalski serves as the Chair of the Democratic Central Committee in Allegany County, Maryland. A citizen of Allegany County and a mother of two grown daughters, she is an advocate for reproductive healthcare rights. Kowalski has publicly testified in support of legislation to protect and expand access to reproductive healthcare in Maryland, drawing from personal experiences to highlight the importance of safe and legal options. She is running for a position on the Allegany Democratic Central Committee to continue her advocacy and represent the interests of her community within the Democratic Party.
