Crystal 'Crissy' Thomas has served on the City Council from 2013 to 2019 and again from 2023 to the present, including a term as Mayor Pro Tem from 2019 to 2023. She is a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank and is also a real estate investor. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Human Resource with a Concentration in Business and Industry from North Carolina A&T State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Winston-Salem State University. She is the Board of Directors President for the Freedman Cultural Center and a member of the Caldwell Rotary Club.
