Primary election
Past campaign details are available on the full race page.
Curtis Stinnett is an independent candidate for the U.S. Senate from Oklahoma and a pharmacist. He was born and raised in Oklahoma and grew up in Lindsay, a small town south of Oklahoma City, raised by family that worked in the oil field. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford and has worked as a community pharmacist for 15 years, practicing in retail/community pharmacy across the southern half of the state and, since moving to Tulsa in 2019, in the Green Country area. He says his time in healthcare impressed on him the urgent need to improve access to care, and he is running on a platform of reducing the influence of money in politics (overturning Citizens United), investing in energy and infrastructure, and approaching government as neighbors rather than CEOs.
