Danny Edward Davis

Danny Davis is a Haywood County native who graduated from Tuscola High School, Western Carolina University with a B.S. in political science, and Campbell University School of Law with a J.D. He previously served as an assistant district attorney. For 27 years, he was a district court judge, including six years as chief district court judge, before retiring. Since retiring from the bench, he has worked as a court mediator and served as the chairman of the Haywood County Board of Elections. Davis previously ran for the state house in 2012.
