Darin Church

Darin Church was born and raised in Deep Gap, North Carolina, and graduated from Watauga High School in 1996. He earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Wilkes Community College in 1998 and completed his Basic Law Enforcement Training the same year. His career began with the Watauga Medical Center Hospital Police, and he later joined the Blowing Rock Police Department, where he currently serves as a Lieutenant overseeing Investigations and Support Services. Church is a recipient of the FBI Trilogy award and has received leadership training from the FBI and North Carolina State University. He is also the president of the High Country Chapter of the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association.
