Dave Eberly has been a practicing attorney for over 26 years and is a partner at the law firm Eberly, McMahon, Copetas LLC. He was appointed to the board on August 10, 2020, and is serving his first full term, which runs through December 31, 2025. His experience with the school district includes serving on the Planning Commission, the Madeira Schools Foundation, and as a co-chair for two school levies. He has also been a member of the Madeira City Council and Planning Commission. He serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee and the Legislative Committee. He and his wife have three children who are graduates of Madeira High School.
