David A. Migdal

David A. Migdal is a Non-Partisan candidate running for an at-large seat on the Frederick County Board of Education in Maryland. With roughly 30 years of experience in public education, Migdal has dedicated his career to supporting students as both a teacher and a school administrator. He most recently served as an assistant principal at Sugarloaf Elementary School in the Frederick County Public Schools system. As an educator and parent of FCPS students, Migdal brings an essential perspective to the local board. His 2026 campaign focuses heavily on early intervention, literacy, special education, and providing individualized support to all students.
