Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Response
“We need a strategy or this will not stop, and we have a 100-year El Nino coming that could potentially trigger further disaster. We can control costs and deliver results without added taxes on our residents or businesses. I've proposed a long-overdue organization dedicated to the landslide that will modernize the Hazard Abatement Districts, drive competitive contracts to dramatically cut cost, fund better science and technology, and lobby for county, state and federal funding.”
