Michele Patrick Carbone is not currently running for office on Civoren.
I’m Michele Carbone and my husband and I have been a Rancho Palos Verdes resident since 2010. I am an active Abalone Cove Association Board Member. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology with 2 Masters in Administration/ Management and Quality Assurance. ASQ and ASCP certified with CQM, CQA, CQPQ, DLM, MT certifications including California Licensed Scientist. Within the health care industry I am considered a regulatory and quality system expert with extensive experience with data, budgets, project management, planning and fiscal responsibility.
Michele Patrick Carbone's campaign lists four priority issues. Civoren has not yet recorded a stance on any of them.
“RPV must prepare before an emergency, not during one. We need stronger wildfire prevention, evacuation routes, emergency communications, and neighborhood preparedness so we are ready for wildfires, earthquakes, severe storms, landslides, and other emergencies.”

“Protect taxpayers while preserving the essential services our community depends on. We must practice sound financial management, scrutinize spending and long-term obligations, pursue grants and outside funding, protect reserves, and plan responsibly for the financial impact of the landslide.”

“Residents deserve roads, storm drains, parks, trails, and public spaces that are safe, maintained, and reliable. We need to address problems before they become costly failure. My goal is to build a realistic, multi-year infrastructure plan.”

“I prioritize safety in Rancho Palos Verdes and believe community involvement is vital. We've fallen from one of California's top ten safest cities to outside the top twenty, and it’s time to take action. I propose enhancing our crime tracking methods, exploring private security options, and thoroughly evaluating our law enforcement services to restore safety and strengthen trust within our community.”
