David Ennis, a Republican candidate for the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee, is a lifelong resident of the county and currently serves as the committee's Treasurer. A graduate of Salisbury University, he formerly taught at James M. Bennett High School before working at Perdue Farms and later co-founding Pro Coat LLC in 2007. Ennis has a history of public service, including a prior term on the Wicomico County Council from 2000-2001 and an appointment to represent District 3 again in 2025. His community involvement also includes past presidency of the Salisbury Jaycees and membership in the Greater Salisbury Committee.
