David Scholl

David Scholl is a candidate for Mayor of Stallings General Election in 2025 in Stallings, North Carolina. Running as Nonpartisan.

Mayor Pro Tempore, Stallings Town Council in Stallings, North Carolina

David Scholl has been a member of the Stallings Town Council since 2015 and currently serves as Mayor Pro Tempore. He and his wife are long-time residents of Stallings where they raised their two daughters. In 2022, he completed the Advanced Leadership Corps (ALC) training from the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously, Scholl served as a member of the Union County School Board from 2008 to 2012 and was a Republican candidate for North Carolina Superintendent of Public Instruction in 2012.
