Dean Davis is a former Republican State Representative for Oklahoma's 98th District, serving from 2019 until November 2024. During his tenure, he authored "Andy's Law," House Bill 2010, requiring carbon monoxide warning stickers on motorized boats in Oklahoma waters, a bill named in memory of a former colleague's son. He also authored House Bill 2011, proposing biennial vehicle registration. Davis, who hails from Broken Arrow, was censured by the House in March 2023 following an arrest for public intoxication where he reportedly claimed legislative privilege. He is now seeking election as State Representative in the 2026 Oklahoma Primary Election.
