A husband, father, and attorney, Seda has resided in District 91 for over a decade, having originally moved from Puerto Rico and grown up in Lawton, Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate. As CEO and Managing Attorney of Seda Law Firm PLLC, he specializes in probate and estate planning, a career he embarked on after eight years in management with General Motors and Spirit AeroSystems. Actively involved in his community as a deacon, Seda aims to bring responsible leadership, fiscal discipline, and real-world experience to the Capitol, advocating for common-sense, conservative solutions to address rising utility and insurance costs for Oklahoma families.
